OUR STORY

From 1993

Our history began in 1993, creating a fusion of restaurant and cocktail bar. Serving typical local food accompanied by a wide variety of cocktails.

Since then, we have been serving tapas and market dishes in a relaxed atmosphere every day from 6 p.m. until the early hours of the morning and have become a classic in the Fort Pienc district.

At La Higuera we are committed to market cuisine, with a clear commitment to the quality of the product. In our kitchen you can enjoy, from 18:00h until closing time, a wide variety of tapas and dishes, many of them designed for sharing.

Our gastronomic offer will allow you to travel from the heart of Andalusia, with our Iberian sausages or our Andalusian-style anchovies, to the north with our Galician razor clams and razor clams or our famous loin of tuna from the north.

With a special mention for our menu rockstars: the sliced tenderloin steak and the filleted Iberian pork loin, both ideal for sharing, accompanied by Padrón peppers and french fries, always cooked with love and respect for the raw material.

All this cooked and served by our team formed by Sunny, Gur, Marcos, Roberta, Ana and Kike.

Enjoy the good drinking

In recent years we have positioned ourselves as a cocktail bar of reference in Barcelona, where you can taste a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails.
 

Nor should we forget that La Higuera is a place of pilgrimage for Gin Tonic lovers, with more than 100 referenced gins and a menu specialised in this cocktail, we offer multiple possibilities to enjoy your favourite drink.
